- Neighborhood noise restrictions are strictly enforced. Guests are required to keep all persons' conversation and activity noise levels to reasonable levels and must not disturb the neighbors living next door.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
Fees and Payments
- This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. (Note: The listing allows up to 99 pets in the source data, but the important information states a restriction of up to 4 dogs; clarification may be needed.)
- Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
